Shipping Policy
International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items ordered, as well as the destination address and the warehouse location (e.g., China, Dubai, etc.).
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. In general, parcels may take between 10 to 30 days to arrive. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
For preorder customers (e.g., beta testers, early supporters), shipments are processed in priority order:
•        Super Early Birds – Day 1 backers
•        Early Birds – Until the end of the preorder campaign
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Customers are fully responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Import-related charges vary significantly by country. Please consult your local customs office for more information. These fees are non-refundable, and in the event of a refused or unclaimed package due to customs fees, the original shipping charges and any return shipping or import costs will not be reimbursed.
The same conditions apply for any repaired or replacement items sent back to customers. Taxes may apply to the value of replacement parts, labor, and shipping.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from the logistics provider.
In the following cases, additional shipping fees will apply for resending your package:
•        If the parcel is refused at delivery and returned
•        If the parcel is returned due to incomplete customs clearance by the recipient
•        If the parcel is unclaimed after delivery attempts and returned to sender
Package Marking
We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" in order to avoid customs fees. Doing so is against customs regulations in most countries.
